Christmas Mini Sessions in Markham 2021
There's nothing that inspires me more than capturing your family moments. It warms my heart when I see moms and dads snuggling and giggling together with their little ones. I’m excited to offer holiday mini sessions on two dates for 2021: Friday, December 10 and Sunday, December 12. These mini session portraits will be held at a brand new studio, sundaysunday in Markham (near 9th Line and Hwy 407) with an all white background, lofty windows and soft natural light. The set up will be simple with little festive details, wreath and small fir tree, a cozy throw and a rustic wooden bench. The decor is intentionally minimal so that the focus will be on documenting your family interactions and moments.

What to Expect at a Mini session
Mini-sessions are exactly what they sound like, a mini photo session! The main difference between a mini and a regular family session is the length of time and how many photos you'll end up with. Minis are perfect if you:
want just a few updated pictures of your littles (they change so much at each stage!)
are too busy to fit in a longer session and need last minute pictures for Christmas
want to invest in professionally taken family portraits but hoping to try out a smaller, budget-friendly version first
These sessions are not posed - don't worry about looking at the camera or getting that perfect smile. There will be no expectations other than for you to show up and be present with your favourite people while surrounded in a cozy space with natural light all around you. Hug, kiss, sing, dance, tickle, tell funny stories or talk about your plans for Christmas - these sessions are all about your love for each other and whatever you're feeling in that moment. What’s Included and Mini Session Pricing
Sessions are offered at a special introductory price from my regular portrait sessions and include:
15 minute photo session
a set of 15 beautifully edited, high resolution photos capturing your time together in the studio with a private online gallery ($20 per additional photo)
a low-resolution version of each image formatted for easy sharing on Instagram, Facebook or email
a personalized 5x7 holiday postcard template for printing or sharing online. Preview this year’s designs!
Friday, December 10th sessions - $199 (taxes included)
Sunday, December 12th sessions - $249 (taxes included)
TO Reserve a Spot
A $50 session reservation fee is required to book your spot, the remaining amount is due on the day of the session. Spots are limited and booked on a first come, first serve basis. If you plan to have more than five people in your session, please book two time slots back-to-back as it will take a longer time to position everyone.
To book, select a time from the drop downs below for the date you want. If the time is no longer available, it will say ‘sold out’ when you try to select it. When you are ready, click the "Reserve My Spot" button below to check out and pay the reservation fee. You’ll receive further details including the studio address closer to the session date.
Please note: there are no refunds for the reservation fee due to the limited number of sessions available. If you miss your session for any reason, your reservation fee can be used toward a full family session at a later date.

Friday sessions are $199. This week day session is great for little ones not attending school. Perfect for toddlers, young siblings and babies who can sit or hold themselves up on their hands - hello tummy time! Mamas are welcome to join for an intimate mommy and me session. Of course if Daddy is available and you wish to use this time for a family portrait, that works too! If you plan to have more than five people in your session, please book two time slots back-to-back as it will take a longer time to position everyone. A $50 non-refundable session reservation fee is required to book your spot. The remaining amount ($149) is due on the day of the session.
Sunday sessions are $249. Book these time slots for your family (up to five people), do an all kids portrait or book one just for you and your significant other, it’s totally up to you! These sessions are also great to gift to someone special. If you plan to have more than five people in your session, please book two time slots back-to-back as it will take a longer time to position everyone. A $50 non-refundable session reservation fee is required to book your spot. The remaining amount ($199) is due on the day of the session.
